No Refund Policy
All products sold on our website are non-refundable. Once the order is placed and delivered, we do not offer refunds.
Replacement Policy
We only provide replacements in the following cases:
- If the product package is damaged during delivery.
- If the wrong product or incorrect seed variety is delivered.
Replacement Request Time
Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product if they want a replacement. Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Once the replacement request is approved, the replacement process may take 20–25 days to complete.
